自荐一下chatgpt-monitor脚本，可监控订阅剩余时间/IP/PoW等

自己从 lroolle/chatgpt-degraded fork改装来的，其实也就是加了一个监控订阅剩余时长的，这个对于team订阅来说还是挺重要的（ :bili_040: 我自己有这个需求，所以就改装了一下

大概用了两个月了，一直没啥问题。订阅时间也很准，不过很多时候可能openai会提前封号，尤其是订阅时间只剩1-2天的时候要注意一下。
