申请理由： 相信很多佬友都发现论坛里是有外国友人在参与的，而这些外国友人在阅读帖子时，难免会遇见一些口语化的词语，是无法直接翻译成正确的意思的，而创建这个版块，内容禁止AI翻译，可以将技术相关的话题或者咨询准确、正确地传递出去。佬友同样可以在这个版块中与外国友人进行对话，进行技术交流或建立友好关系，也能从中提升自身外语水平，共同进步。
